Självskattning.se is operated by Search Informed (opens in a new window). For 15 years, we have helped psychotherapists, psychologists and counsellors to be found by people looking for help.

Over those years, we have noticed two things. Many established self-assessment questionnaires are only available as PDF files, which are difficult to fill in on a mobile phone. And many digital tests are published by organisations that want to sell treatment or collect data. As a user, you do not always know what happens to your answers.

That is why we built Självskattning.se: established questionnaires that work on mobile phones, where your answers stay in your browser. We do not save your answers, use cookies or show advertising. We do not provide healthcare or sell treatment.

We also want to be open about what we gain from the site. It helps us understand what people search for when they are thinking about how they feel. We use that knowledge in our work on therapists’ websites.
